Zaxxon retro Remade

Believe it or not, more than 25 years have passed since the original release of Zaxxon and another 20 since I first played its CGA PC version on a then impressive IBM AT. Zaxxon was (quite shockingly, being a single-player game and all) the most enjoyable multi-player video game of my childhood. I pressed space to fire our lasers and my cousin would use the cursor keys to steer the space ship thingy safely to oblivion. Ah, happy days, simple days, when single keyboard 2-player co-op was possible… Anyway, personal anecdotes aside, Zaxxon was a great isometric pseudo-3D shmup of the early eighties, and one that has been gloriously remade to a pretty unique contemporary freeware shmup. All you have to do is follow a certain link and download a mere 536Kb Zaxxon RetroRemake.
