A new Kingdom Hearts announcement trailer is coming. At midnight on June 17, 2020 in Japan, a new trailer will be uploaded. This information comes directly from the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter. The tweet itself mentions that this trailer was intended to release in April 2020, but did not specify what the trailer itself will entail. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

The hashtags on the tweet indicate that this announcement will more than likely have something to do with Kingdom Hearts III, Kingdom Hearts Union χ, and Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road. It should be mentioned, however, that Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road was scheduled for a Spring 2020 release, but was delayed. Dark Road is an upcoming addition to the Union χ app and will allow fans to experience a new story centered around series antagonist Xehanort.
In addition to this update, this week a new Kingdom Hearts logo was found in the source code of the Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road website. Whether or not this new announcement trailer will have to do with the unearthed Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory logo has not been specified.
Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road has been delayed, but Kingdom Hearts Union χ is immediately available to download on Android and Apple iOS devices. Kingdom Hearts III is available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The ReMIND DLC is now available on PS4 and Xbox One.
