Level-5 announced the Japanese release date of the PS4 version of Yo-kai Watch Jam – Yo-kai Academy Y: Wai-Wai Gakuen Seikatsu is October 29, 2020. The game was released for the Nintendo Switch in Japan on August 13, 2020.

The PlayStation 4 version of the game will include the free DLC #1 Elze is Coming – Multiplayer Mode. Level-5 released the DLC for the Switch version on September 30, 2020. The update adds an online multiplayer mode, new story episodes, characters, and dungeons. We can expect to see new abilities, equipment, and game modes in future updates.
Yo-kai Watch Jam – Yo-kai Academy Y takes place in a giant ‘academy city.’ Outside of the campus, there are various areas to explore. You can hang out at the cafe or go out to explore the nearby desert region. It features eight main characters who are students at the school. Furthermore, you’ll get to befriend over 600 friends in the game and check out activities from over 400 school clubs. You can get a better idea of how the game looks in its latest gameplay trailer.
The Yo-kai Watch Jam – Yo-kai Academy Y: Wai-Wai Gakuen Seikatsu will release for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on October 29, 2020. The game is currently available for the Nintendo Switch in Japan.
