Xseed Registers Domain For Lord of Magna

Recommended Videos

Xseed previously expressed an interest in publishing Forbidden Magna, a new RPG for the Nintendo 3DS by the team that used to work on Rune Factory. Now, it looks as though they’ve registered a domain for the game. (Thanks, GoNintendo)

A Whois lookup of lordofmagna.com reveals that the domain was registered by Xseed under the name of Xseed product manager Jimmy Soga. Xseed have not officially announced the game for release in the West yet, but there’s obviously a good chance this domain pertains to the same title.

Forbidden Magna—or Lord of Magna, if you prefer—is a cross between a life-simulation game and an RPG. It began development after Rune Factory studio Neverland closed down, and some members of the team were absorbed into Marvelous, who publish the Rune Factory games in Japan.
