Type-Moon has released a second trailer for the upcoming visual novel, Mahoutsukai no Yoru, or Witch on the Holy Night. Like the first iteration of Witch on the Holy Night, the ending theme will be supercell’s “Hoshi ga Mabataku Konna Yoru ni.” The trailer is just under a minute and a half long. During it, you can see some key scenes from the show, as well as the main cast of characters and Japanese VA’s.

This trailer is also our first look at some of the new cast members for the game. They are:
- Touko Aozaki: Ruriko Aoki (HMS Dido, HMS Sirius in Azur Lane)
- Lugh Beowulf: Atsumi Tanezaki (Ethel in Xenoblade Chronicles 3)
- Yuika Suse: Akiha Matsui (Sumomo/Maylene in Pokemon Masters)
- Ritsuka Suse: Shizuka Ito (Female Byleth in Fire Emblem: Three Houses)
- Eiri Fumizuka: Hiromichi Tezuka (Sheex in Secret of Mana)
At the end of the trailer, there is some information on the special bonuses that will come from the first run of the game in Japan. While the game will normally cost 6,600 Yen (about $44 USD), the limited first release version will cost 7,700 Yen (about $51 USD). It will come in a box with art by Hirokazu Koyama’s art on it, and it will also include the material book. Koyama is the main artist and character designer for Witch on the Holy Night. Those purchasing a digital copy for the PS4 will also be able to download an e-book version of the material book in the digital deluxe version.
Witch on the Holy Night will come out for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch from December 8, 2022.
