An Xbox App is coming to Windows 10, which will integrate all Windows 10 devices with Xbox Live, Microsoft announced today at a press conference. It will allow you to chat with Xbox Live friends via text and video.

Video clips created on Xbox Live can be shared via the Xbox App, too, and you will be able to add comments to them and so on as well.

Xbox head honcho Phil Spencer also showed off cross-platform multiplayer using Fable Legends, a new Fable game, coming to both Windows 10 PC and Xbox One.

Windows 10 will also be able to stream any Xbox One game to any device running the operating system, Spencer said. He demonstrated the feature using a Surface Pro 3 tablet, stating that one will also be able to turn their Xbox One off from the app.

Additionally, on PC a DVR feature built into Windows 10 will also let you save gameplay clips from Windows games using Windows + G.

Microsoft did not detail further plans for how many Xbox One games will be available natively on Windows 10, nor did they discuss if there would be any restrictions placed on which games would be able to support cross-platform multiplayer between Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
