Who Gets the Ocarina in Mika and the Witch’s Mountain

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is a whimsical adventure title centered around an aspiring young witch who gets roped into helping the local town folk of Mout Gaun with their deliveries. Alongside the main storyline quests, many lost items are scattered across the island, which need to be delivered back to their original owners. One of these items includes the ocarina.

Where to find the ocarina in Mika and the Witch’s Mountain

To find the ocarina, you must start day 2, where you are given a brand new broom, which allows you to use airstreams. If you have not reached this part yet, continue playing through the main storyline, as this is when a good portion of the map will open up. You will want to head to the east portion of the map, as there is a mini coastline near the Farmlands, where the ocarina can be found.

Starting from the town square, head up towards the beachline. When you reach the very end of the beach, you will come across a bunch of cliff rocks with several air currents. You want to ride through these air currents to land on the terrain above, where the Farmlands is located. When walking towards the Farmlands, you want to head left, jump off the island, and land on the coastline below. You will find the ocarina on the washed-up wooden boat.

Who gets the ocarina and where to find them

When you pick up the ocarina, Mika will observe claw marks on the musical instrument. Only one resident on the island—Kiala, the cat — could have left claw marks. You have to deliver an item to Kiala on day 2, so you may already know her location, but if you don’t, we will explain how you get to her.

From the coastline, ride the airstreams so you can gain height to land back on the island. Head upwards from the Farmlands, and you will eventually come across an arrow indicating that the Windy Medows is right. Follow these directions and head past the waterfall until you come across a prairie grassland with blue and purple flowers. Ride the air currents to gain height and reach the platform on the far left, where Kiala and the campsite are situated. Talk to her, and you will deliver the ocarina.
