Palworld Bushi location

Once you reach around level 30 in Palworld, you will want to consider upgrading the Pals you bring with you into battle. Bushi is one of the game’s best attackers in the beginning areas. The Fire-type Pal packs quite a punch with its high-level attack stat. Plus, the samurai-themed warrior looks pretty awesome and wields a katana!

Bushi can be found near the Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue warp point during the daytime in Palworld. The Fire-type Pal will be wandering around the fast travel point, as well as the rocky waterfall areas west of Fisherman’s Point at the base of the mountain. However, I found he frequently appeared a few feet away from the Anubis statue point.

Below is a map of the exact location where you can find Bushi:

How to catch Bushi in Palworld

Bushi usually spawns in the map at around 33 to 35, so you should at least be level 30 before attempting to catch it. Thankfully, the samurai-themed Pal usually walks around the map solo, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble jumping it.

Because of it’s level 35 spawn, it’s recommended that you at least use a Hyper Sphere. You will also want to bring a Water-type Pal to the encounter, such as Pengullet, Teafant, Celaray, Gobfin, Surfent, and Azurobe. Because Bushi is a Fire-type, it is weak to Water attacks.

Below are the steps to catch Bushi:

  • Warp to the Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue fast travel point and look for Bushi wandering around the area.
  • Once you find it, throw your Water-type Pal out and start aggressively attacking it. A good weapon to use is the handgun, which can be crafted with 50 Ingot and 15 High Quality Pal Oil starting at level 29. For long-ranged attacks, you can use the Musket, which is craftable at level 21 with 25 Ingot, 5 High Quality Pal Oil, and 30 Wood.
  • When its health drops to 10%, immediately withdraw your Water-type Pal so it doesn’t accidentally knock Bushi out.
  • Throw out a Giga or Hyper Sphere, and keep spamming them until you catch Bushi.

Although Bushi is an all-around strong Pal for your base, the Fire-type really should be used in combat. Its high attack stat makes it a fierce fighter in the early game.

Palworld is now available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
