The main story in The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet tasks you with finding three signboards and taking a selfie in front of them. These three signs are all spread out across the region of Kitakami and will take you a bit of time to find.

Where to Find All Kitakami Signboard Locations in The Teal Mask

You can’t locate all three Kitakami signboards in The Teal Mask from the start of the DLC. You have to wait until you reach certain points in the main story where you are told to go to each one. There isn’t the same freedom as there is in the main campaign in terms of choosing what you do and when.

The three signboards are located in the follow locations:

  • First Signboard: Loyalty Plaza
  • Second Signboard: Kitakami Hall
  • Third Signboard: Paradise Barrens

The first signboard you need to find is the one in Loyalty Plaza, which is quite close to the starting location of Mossui Town. It is just west of the town up on the hill overlooking the settlement. An orange marker will appear on the map showing you where to go. You’ll be tasked with going to this sign soon after partnering up with Kieran for the exchange trip.

The second sign location is northeast of Mossui Town in the middle of Kitakami Hall. This is a grey, cement covered festival space. Again, marks will appear on the map to highlight it. You go to this location in the main story while visiting the Festival of Masks.

The third and final location isn’t visited until a bit later in the storyline. You can find it in the Paradise Barrens, which is the rocky area in the northwestern corner of the map. A large outcropping of rocks will appear here

Once you unlock all three signboards the story isn’t over quite yet, as there is still more to do with Ogerpon. Fortunately, there are fast travel points you can unlock near each of these signs to quickly get back here when necessary.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s The Teal Mask DLC is available for Nintendo Switch. The Indigo Disk DLC will release in Winter 2023.
