Microsoft and Bethesda announced when people can preload both the Xbox Series X and PC versions of Starfield. We can get started in August 2023. However, one will be available before the other. Xbox Series X owners can get it set up on August 17, 2023. PC players will need to wait until August 30, 2023.
Here’s the official tweet revealing when the preload for Starfield will be good to go on the Xbox Series X and PC. It also confirmed the game’s gone gold. This means that it is ready to ship.

This means you can preload the console version 20 days before release. The PC one only appears a week ahead of launch.
We’ve started to see more news about the game now that its release date is drawing nearer. For example, Bethesda and Microsoft also revealed an official timeline. That went over important points in not only Constellation’s history, but humans’ adventures in space as well.
Starfield will release on September 6, 2023 for the both the PC and Xbox Series X. A Constellation collector’s edition is available. The Starfield Xbox Series X preload will be live on August 17, 2023, while the PC one will show up on August 30, 2023.
