Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty features new side gigs for players to tackle on behalf of Mr. Hands, including the “Talent Academy” mission. This particular gig has players infiltrate a location to try and steal the data from a particular facility in Dogtown. The gig is fairly straightforward and linear minus the choice you have at the end.

Should you take Fiona’s offer in the Cyberpunk 2077 “Talent Academy” side gig?

Note: Full spoilers lie ahead for this gig.

The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty “Talent Academy” side gig unlocks after you complete “The Damned” in the DLC. Once you do that quest, you get this one from Mr. Hands. He asks you to meet up with one of his colleagues and infiltrate a strange facility in Dogtown to steal some data from a computer.

Here’s a screenshot I took of the map:

This gig doesn’t involve anything too surprising. You start out undercover, but your cover is eventually blown no matter what you do. You have to fight your way through the guards to an office near the building’s laboratory. It is here that you find your target in this swift side gig, which is a woman named Fiona’s computer.

Your goal here is simple. Jack into the computer and steal the data for your employer, Mr. Hands. However, Fiona is here and has a different offer for you. Her offer is to give you some specific data, which will leak information about her training facility, but in a controlled manner.

This way, you still fulfill your job, but in a way that doesn’t harm Fiona’s company that much. Your choice here is simple. Either you take Fiona’s offer or refuse and steal all of the data. To be clear, no matter which choice you make here, you’ll get the same rewards from the gig, so pick whichever you prefer.

However, I recommend accepting her offer. The only key difference is when you leave the facility, you’ll be attacked and have to fight your way through more guards if you refuse her offer. If you want an easier path, take her offer. But if you don’t mind another fight, refuse and stick to what Mr. Hands hired you to do.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
