Army Corps of Hell is developed by Entersphere, a company formed by Motoi Okamoto. Okamoto was a writer on Pikmin for Gamecube, and Army feels like a demonic, gory version of that game. Perhaps this new trailer will explain better:

Nasty little buggers, aren’t they? Army Corps of Hell will launch alongside the PlayStation Vita on December 17th in Japan. Square Enix Europe will be publishing it next year.
