Palworld is a game all about growing as a Pal Tamer, but even that growth has a max level cap. Due to the game being in Early Access, there is currently a limit to how strong your character can get.

What Is the Max Level Cap in Palworld?

The easiest way to see the max level cap of Palworld is to simply look at the Technology tab in the game’s menu. With each level you increase your character by, you gain a new set of technologies ready to be unlocked. To find out what the max level is, you simply need to scroll down to the bottom of the Technology tab.

Based on this information, the current max level in Palworld is level 50. By this point, you will have most of the major technologies unlocked, including high level Pal Spheres and factories capable of producing high level weaponry.

It’s unknown if the level cap will increase further, particularly in the game’s final release. However, it’s likely that levelling after you’ve reached the cap will grant more Technology Points, especially as each level provides fewer points than needed to unlock all the recipes.

What is the best way to increase my level in Palworld?

In order to reach the level cap faster, the easiest way to level up in Palworld is simply catching Pals. Catching multiple Pals of the same time will also grant EXP bonuses, with each additional Pal granting more EXP.

Bosses are also a good source of EXP. There are a few different types of boss to bear in mind for this. The first is the large Pals that can be found roaming the lands. There is a Level 11 Chillet that can be found east of the Rayne Syndicate Tower that can be tackled fairly early on for a decent boost, for example.

The second boss type is the Towers. These are much tougher fights that will need some preparation, but they’re certainly going to push you towards another level if you’re able to tackle them.

Finally, you can occasionally find Syndicate Thugs setting up makeshift bases around the world, and taking these guys down is a source of easy EXP too.

Palworld is available now in Early Access for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
