How can I fix my Diablo IV friends list when it’s not working?
If your Diablo IV friends list isn’t loading, it’s impossible to play with your friends in co-op. This may not be something you particularly care about if you’re a solo player, but if you play with others, it’s a roadblock you’ll have to fix.
The first thing you should do is shut down your game and reload it. If that doesn’t work, reboot your PC or console. Doing either of these sounds obvious, but it’s often the simplest way to solve an error with Diablo IV.
It could be an issue with your internet connection if those don’t work. Try restarting your router and see if that resolves the problem. And if you’re using Wi-Fi, switch to a wired Ethernet connection if you’re able to do so.
