By Final Fantasy XII is out in Europe today and last night the Fnac on the luxury shopping avenue, Champs-Elysées, threw a party to celebrate the game’s launch. Plenty of people who showed up to celebrate their Final Fantasy pride at midnight, but there’s something different about the launch party… it looks hip. No people dressed up in moogle costumes running around, Hollywood style lights and house music instead of the Chocobo theme. If it wasn’t for the Final Fantasy XII countdown at the end of the clip, it could be mistaken for a Daft Punk launch party.
