To promote Dark Souls II, Namco Bandai and From Software got a professional blacksmith to forge a real-life armour based on the game. Dark Souls II is slated for release on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in March 2014. This fall, a closed beta-test for the game will kick off on the PS3.
