Virtual-On Force Surfing To Stores In December

imageWhile Virtual-On Oratorio Tanagram was an Xbox Live Arcade title, Virtual-On Force is a boxed game. Mr. Santa can stock up on copies at Softmax a few days before his nighttime sleigh ride on on December 22. Online and offline team battles plus a single player mission mode are some of the additions Sega made for the home version.

The game costs 6,090 yen ($70). Virtual-On superfans might want to shell out 10,290 yen ($120) for the Virtual On Force Memorial Box. This collector’s edition includes Virtual On Chronicle 15, a booklet that looks back at 15 years of Virtual-On, and a six disc soundtrack called Virtual On Official Sound Data. All of the items come packaged in a box with artwork from Hajime Katoki.

As of now, Sega has not announced plans to publish Virtual-On Force in any other region.
