Vegeta Talks All About Goku in the latest Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Trailer

A Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Vegeta trailer has appeared. This time, Goku is forced to share the spotlight with Vegeta. The two minute spot features Christopher Sabat, Vegeta’s voice actor, narrating the character’s thoughts on his life and times with Goku while showing different moments involving both characters. But even though this is supposed to be his moment, the focus is clearly on Goku and what makes him such a fierce fighter.

There’s another fun thing going on in this Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Vegeta trailer. It uses another iconic Dragon Ball Z theme as background music. Vegeta’s narration takes place while “Boku-Tachi wa Tenshi Datta (We Were Angels)” plays. This Hironobu Kageyama song was the second ending theme for the anime. The game’s opening has Kageyama’s “Cha-La Head-Cha-La,” the first opening theme for the series, playing. There was even a trailer with Kyle Hebert narrating it.

As a reminder, both standard and collector’s editions of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be available. The special edition includes a diorama figure with Goku, Gohan, and a dinosaur, a Steelbook case, and a hardcover art book.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Japan on January 16, 2020 and on both consoles and the PC outside Japan on January 17, 2020.
