Players are facing great danger from the vast armies of the Astral Empire, and will have to use some underhanded tactics in order to survive against them in tactical RPG Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire.
The Astral Empire often has numbers on their side, and given that each battle is an important story fight that often contains several victory conditions (like saving townsfolk or defending a city), players will need to approach the fight with care. Large environments provide many opportunities for players to be creative, though, using stealth, cover, and the environments themselves to get an edge.
Players will control up to twenty characters in the game’s skirmishes, and over time, will steadily learn more about the lost spacefaring past of the people of this medieval world.
Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire will be available on PC on August 31.
