Unsurprisingly, J-Stars Victory Vs. Has An Upbeat Theme Song

Namco Bandai have shared another promo video for upcoming arena fighter J-Stars Victory Vs., showing off more of the characters you’ll get to see in the game, such as D. Gray Man’s Allen Walker and Saint Seiya’s Pegasus Seiya.

The promo also features the game’s theme song, “Fighting Stars” by the “AniSon Big 3″—in this case referring to Akira Kushida, Hironobu Kageyama, and Hiroshi Kitadani—who have recorded the theme songs for several prominent anime shows. If the song reminds you of “Chou Hero Densetsu” from the Bakuman anime, it’s because Kageyama sang that song.

J-Stars Victory Vs. is slated for release on PlayStation 3 and Vita on March 19th in Japan. A western release for the game hasn’t been confirmed as yet.
