G.rev shoot-em-up, Under Defeat, is seeing an upgraded release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, titled Under Defeat HD. Well, it’s on the 360 and PS3 in Europe. In North America, the game will be released as PlayStation 3-exclusive title.
Rising Star Games are handling publishing duties in both North America and Europe. Their release is titled Under Defeat HD: Deluxe Edition, and will include the game, a digital art book, all current DLC and patches, a soundtrack CD, and a letter from G.rev CEO, Hiroyuki Maruyama.
Under Defeat HD: Deluxe Edition will feature improvements like a new 2-player mode, a widescreen aspect ratio “New Order” mode, and updated visuals. You can watch a trailer for it above.
Under Defeat HD: Deluxe Edition is slated for release this Fall. The deluxe edition will be available in both North America and Europe. In North America, it will cost $30.
