During the Japanese Nintendo Direct, Nintendo and Cygames unveiled a new Uma Musume game for the Switch, Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Nekketsu Hachamecha Dai Kansha-sai!. The title can translate to Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Hot-Blooded Chaos Festival. It looks like a party game with pixel art of the horse girls.

The game will have the horse girls from Uma Musume compete against each other in a variety of party games. It’s kind of like Mario Party but with characters from Uma Musume and using pixel art. Some of the games that we can see in the trailer include a race, an obstacle course, a basketball game, competitive jump roping, and an eating contest.

So far, the horse girls in the trailer are Special Week, Gold Ship, Silence Suzuka, and Tokai Teio. Special Week, Silence Suzuka, and Tokai Teio are the focal horse girls in the campaign and the anime, and Gold Ship is just a very popular character. It’s unknown how many of the horse girls will be available in Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Nekketsu Hachamecha Dai Kansha-sai!.

Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Nekketsu Hachamecha Dai Kansha-sai will come out in 2024 for the Nintendo Switch. It’s unclear if there will be an international release. There is still no global version of the mobile game, though Google teased a possible English version back in March 2023.
