The latest The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV character trailer is all about familiar faces. All of the recent The Legend of Heroes games are connected in some way, which means you’ll see people from Trails in the Sky and Zero no Kiseki/Ao no Kiseki. The fourth entry especially is the “everybody’s here” sort of game, and NIS America’s latest video celebrates that by showing how classic characters like Estelle and Joshua look this time around.

Editor’s Note: You might find some vague The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky or Trails of Cold Steel spoilers in the video below.

The video begins with some teasing, showing off people from Liberl and Crossbell who have gotten involved in Erebonian affairs. From there, it gets more focused on specific people. It starts with Trails in the Sky characters, which are Estelle Bright, Joshua Bright, Renne, Agate Crosner, and Tita Russell. Then, it moves onto the Crossbell characters people might not be as familiar with, like Elie MacDowell, Randolph Orlando, and KeA. Oh, and of course Crossbell’s Lloyd Bannings is there the whole time too.

Here’s the new Trails of Cold Steel IV character trailer.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV will come to the PlayStation 4 outside Japan on October 27, 2020. Nintendo Switch and PC versions will arrive in 2021.
