Tower Defense Game Metal Slug Defense Celebrates 10 Million Downloads

SNK’s tower defense mobile game Metal Slug Defense has hit the 10 million mark. To celebrate, all players will get a free new Issenman Tarou character to use. Issenman happens to mean “ten million” in Japanese.

They hit that number in less than three months of the game being available on mobile. The game is also updated with further new units and areas to fight in, including special missions.

Metal Slug Defense is also available now in Italian, Brazilian and Portuguese. This is in addition to English, Japanese and Korean.

The update will hit Android first, with iOS to follow.
