Tomodachi Life Sells 175,000 In U.S. In First Month

Tomodachi Life sold 175,000 copies in the U.S. during the month of June, Nintendo announced today. The game launched on June 6th, and increased 3DS hardware sales by 55% for the month.

Meanwhile, Mario Kart 8 sold more than 470,000 copies in June, bringing total U.S. sales to over 885,000 copies. As a result, Wii U sales for the first half of 2014 were up 48% compared to 2013.

 

Meanwhile, Wii U software sales were up 129% compared to the first half of 2013.
