The week’s big release is Square Enix’s Trials of Mana, a remake of the critically acclaimed Seiken Densetsu 3 Super Famicom RPG. Players got to try out the game in English when the original version came out with a brand-new English localization via the Collection of Mana, and now you can see how the game has been translated into 3D action game style. All six protagonists are once again able to class change into various secondary and tertiary classes, and the remake adds a fourth tier of classes which can only be used post-game in a new chapter.
Apart from Trials of Mana, there is a slew of ports, such as The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki, which helps players catch up with the story up until now. Azure Striker Gunvolt Striker Pack brings the first two games onto PS4, and Umihara Kawase Fresh grapples onto PS4 as well. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto brings ninja-fighting action onto Nintendo Switch. Finally, there’s Bokuhime Project, a game about a boy who must crossdress as a girl by Nippon Ichi Software.
