This week might not be a week filled with big game releases, but it will be a good one for fans of light novels and anime like Date A Live and KonoSuba. After a year of delay, Date A Live: Ren Dystopia will release for PlayStation 4, letting players woo Spirits via romance sim once again. The new heroine this time is a mysterious girl named Ren, who seems to contact Shido via a strange dream. When Shido wakes up, he finds a mysterious container by his pillow that becomes the key to the events that follow.
Butting heads with Date A Live is KonoSuba: Love for This Desire’s Attire, featuring Kazuma, Aqua, Megumi, and Darkness in yet another hilarious adventure. This time, the party has been cursed so that the girls now have the exact opposite desires, and the only way to remove the curse is to have the girls dress up in clothes that help fulfill these new twisted desires. To this extent, players will have to send Kazuma and the crew on part-time jobs to scrounge up the money and materials to create new clothes, and depending on the clothes and character combinations, you’ll get to see different events with the girls.
