The Tartaglia Rerun Banner Pairs Yanfei and Ninguang With Childe

Childe is about to return to Genshin Impact for the third time, as the Tartaglia rerun banner will appear on October 13, 2021. To help people prepare, miHoYo announced the four-stars that will join him on the banner. It also revealed the weapons that will appear in the next Epitome Invocation.

Childe will be the only five-star in the Tartaglia rerun banner. He’s a Hydro archer, though his Elemental Skill lets you switch him briefly to a dagger-wielding character. Also on his banner are three focus four-stars from Liyue. There’s the Cryo claymore-wielder Chongyun, the Geo catalyst holder Ningguang, and the Pyro catalyst caster Yanfei.

This banner might look familiar in more ways than one. It’s the third time Childe’s shown up, as mentioned earlier. He first appeared in November 2020. Then he reappeared in April 2021. However, we’ve also seen these same four-stars appear all together on a banner recently! Chongyun, Ningguang, and Yanfei all accompanied Ayaka when she debuted in July 2021.

As for the Epitome Invocation, it will add the five-star Memory of Dust catalyst and Polar Star bow. The featured four-stars on that banner will be the Akuoumaru claymore, Eye of Perception catalyst, Favonius Sword, Favonius Lance, and Rust bow.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and Android and Apple iOS devices. It will also come to the Switch. The Tartaglia banner and the 2.2 update will appear on October 13, 2021.
