The Silent Hills’ “P.T” Demo Can’t Be Re-Downloaded, Even If You Already Owned It

The “Playable Teaser” P.T. demo for Konami’s cancelled Silent Hills project is no longer available for download in North America, even to those that owned it prior to Konami removing it from the PlayStation Network.

P.T. was removed from the service on April 29th, followed by a confirmation from Konami that the game it was meant to market had been cancelled. For a short while, users that had already downloaded (and then deleted) the game could access it again, but recently discovered that this was no longer the case.

While Silent Hills has been cancelled, Konami claim they are still invested in the Silent Hill franchise, although the company has not specified just what shape future Silent Hill games will take or when they will enter production.
