Publisher Sekai Project has been helping Lupiesoft prepare for the launch of its visual novel The Reject Demon: Toko Chapter 0 – Prelude on April 21st through Steam.

As part of this, a new website for the game has arrived that brings with it a look at the new character sprites. Four of the main characters—Toko, Nadia, Ginxhou, and Devon—have been overhauled since the art work that was released last year. As seen in the image comparison below, Toko is showing off considerably more skin, Nadia’s dimensions are even bigger, Ginxhou’s gained a single horn, and Devon’s dress has had a few finishing trims made to it.

The Reject Demon: Toko is about a demon named Toko who is kicked out of hell and who gradually becomes more human as a result. She’s taken in by Nadia and must battle with her past. It features comedy, some action, and romance. It was originally created during a game jam but has been expanded upon to comprise four chapters. The new versions feature improved art, a bigger cast, new scenes, and a whole new conclusion that doubles the length of the original story.
