Back in July, a Persona 5 play called Persona 5 the Stage was announced. It was assigned a December 13-15, 2019 run in Osaka and Tokyo. However, that won’t be the end for this adaptation. It will be returning in October 2020.

The exact dates for the next run of Persona 5 the Stage haven’t been announced. The reveal trailer from Marvelous only confirmed it will appear in both Osaka and Yokohama in October 2020. Also, the Twitter announcement confirmed that Hiroki Ino will return as Joker, Yuki Odera will again play Ann, Kouhei Shiota will be Ryuji again, Koji Kominami will return as Yusuke, and Yoshihide Sasaki will be Goro. It is unknown if Ikue Otani will return as the voice of Morgana.

Persona 5 the Stage doesn’t cover the entirety of the game’s story. Rather, this Persona 5 play only covers the first few hours of the campaign. Essentially, it goes through the Phantom Thieves being founded as a group and punishing Kamoshida. While Yusuke does get to appear, it means people don’t get to see other group members like Makoto, Futaba, or Haru.

Persona 5 the Stage will come to Osaka and Yokohama in October 2020. Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will come to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 20, 2020. Persona 5 Royal is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 in Japan and will show up in Asia on February 20, 2020 and in the west on March 31, 2020.
