An rather mature and calm artist working for the esteemed theatre troupe Arc en Ciel in Crossbell. However, she’s actually the current successor of the title of Yin, named after a legendary assassin. After meeting Arc en Ciel and the S.S.S., and began living together with the people of Crossbell, she decided to live on as an artist. She greatly admires Ilya, who saw her talent and brought her into the troupe, and is currently practicing hard for the performance which will celebrate the return of Crossbell’s independence.

The Blazing Dancer herself, Ilya is the top star of Crossbell’s Arc en Ciel troupe. She once suffered a major injury from which it was said she would never recover, but with the latest medical techniques and her indomitable spirit, she returned to the stage. Even during the blank period where she was rehabilitating, she continued to think constantly about Arc en Ciel, and puts so much effort into the memorial garden that Rixia and Sully worry about her.

Zeit (CV: Osamu Ryutani)

A holy beast which has guarded over Crossbell since ancient times, who later helped out the S.S.S. as a police dog. Right before the events of the Great Twilight, he disappeared from Crossbell.

Matteus Vander (CV: Rikiya Koyama)

The great leader of the Vander family, and the Vander school of swordsmanship. He’s Kurt and Mueller’s father, and is known as the Thunder God. He has a tight-lipped personality and doesn’t say anything more than necessary, and as such is constantly misunderstood, but those who know him well really admire him. Recently, he’s been taking weird actions like coming in contact with Claire Rieveldt a few days before the Crossbell’s ceremony of re-independence.

Aurier Vander (CV: Yukana)

Matteus’ second wife, and Kurt’s mother. She’s very strong, and is known as the Stormwatcher. She currently oversees the Vander school dojo. Using her naginata, she worked together with Zechs and Mueller to push back the menace created by the Black Workshop. While she’s usually mature and dignified, she’ll show an unrelenting side to her during training, and it’s said that the Vander school students find her even more terrifying than Matteus himself.

Doctor F. Novartis  (CV: Mitsuaki Madono)

A mad scientist who’s the sixth Anguis of Ouroboros. He cares for nothing aside from his own research, and is thus mocked as having bad taste by other Ouroboros members and Enforcers. He’s been behind the deployment of humanoid weapons across Zemuria, the three Aion humanoid weapons, and other plans which are his “experiments”.
