The Last Story is being published in North America…by Xseed. Nintendo of America just announced the game during their Nintendo Direct presentation.

 

Surprised? Maybe this isn’t as much of a surprise as you think. Xseed is owned by Marvelous AQL. AQ Interactive, before they merged with Marvelous, owned Artoon, the developer that worked on The Last Story with Nintendo and Mistwalker. Artoon was later absorbed into the company.

 

The Last Story will be published in North America later this year. Europe gets it on February 24th.
