Volume 1 of the The JOJOLands manga is 216 pages and covers the first four chapters of the serialization. Part 9 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure focuses on Jodio Joestar, a young teen who lives in Oahu, Hawaii in 2021 and dreams of becoming a rich millionaire. When Jodio and his friends attempt to steal a rare diamond worth $6 million, they stumble across a mystery that will set them on an unpredictable journey.

The JOJOLands comes two years after Jojolion, part 8 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, ended its serialization in Ultra Jump on August 19, 2021 in Japan. The previous series focused on Josuke Higashikata who suffered from retrograde amnesia and sought to uncover the mystery of his identity in a town that had been affected by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.

The serialization of the JOJOLands was first announced December 2022 in a Tweet made by the official JoJo Twitter account, and then the cover art for the March 2023 issue of Ultra Jump gave JoJo fans their first look at Jodio in color.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Part 6 – Stone Ocean is currently being published by VIZ’s Shonen Jump imprint in North America.
