The Hidden Leaf Hunt The False Nine-Tails In Naruto Shippuden: Kizuna Drive

If you’re a Japanese publisher that publishes PSP games, chances are you’ve taken a good look at the success of Monster Hunter. Naturally, your next thought would be to try and replicate that success in your own way. Namco, however, developed not one, but two Monster Hunter-esque games.

The first, of course, was Gods Eater. The second is Naruto Shippuden: Kizuna Drive. The game lets you take a four-man ninja party out on co-op missions as they try to solve the mystery of disappearing Hidden Leaf ninjas. Kizuna Drive also contains new characters created specifically for the game.

Namco Bandai say the game features an original anime opening, too, created by Studio Pierrot. They have Kizuna Drive slated for a Spring 2011 release in the U.S.
