Hidetaka “SWERY” Suehiro’s The Good Life finally has a release date. On October 15, 2021, people will be able to go through the adventure. People will help Naomi adjust to life in a small town and pay back money she owes. That means taking all kinds of figures, going through missions, playing minigames, and solving a mystery.
Here’s the new The Good Life release date trailer. While the first half showcases the slice-of-life elements, the latter gets a bit dark. While part of the game involves Naomi attempting to repay a debt, there is also a mystery to solve. After all, people are able to turn into cats and dogs, and Naomi happened upon a dead body. So in the first half, you can see Naomi take pictures, explore as a cat or dog, and spend time with people. Then, we see the unsavory event and look at some slightly more suspicious townsfolk.
The Good Life sought crowdfunding funds twice before its second endeavor proved successful in 2018. It experienced multiple delays over the years, with some of the most recent pushing it into 2020, then later 2021.
The Good Life release date is October 15, 2021. People will be able to play it on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
