House Flipper 2 Perks you should invest in

The Perks in House Flipper 2 are separated into categories such as Cleaning, Surface Finishing, Flipping Tool, and Selling Houses. The more you use that particular aspect of a flip, the more EXP you get which, grants you skill points within that category. You can then use these skill points to buy from a selection of three to four perks in a given category.

The Cleaning Spray perk and its upgrades should be your first grab. Luckily, they’re under the cleaning category, so you’ll gain a skill point there very early. The Make it Big perk under Surface Finishing is another must-have. It allows you to simultaneously put up wallpaper and tile in an even larger space. The speed this gives you while covering entire walls is not to be ignored.

All of the Flipper Tool perks are crucial to speeding up your flips. You actually have to buy these in order anyway, but luckily, you use the tool so often you should max it out very early. The perks allow you to duplicate items and even copy and paste styles.

By far, the most important perks in the game are under the Selling Houses category. These directly affect your money coming in. I recommend starting with Tough Negotiator and its upgrade, Business Shark. These significantly increase your offer prices when you sell.

However, if you’ve put some points into skills you find are currently useful to your project, don’t worry. House Flipper 2 actually allows you to move things around.

Respec your perks anytime in House Flipper 2

Luckily, House Flipper 2 allows you to refund and reuse all skill points anytime completely. This is important because some situations may call for one perk over another in its given category. For example, if you only have one skill point in painting, you can swap between having a wider brush and having more paint stay on it. This depends on the wall you’re painting.

Of course, the best scenario is to have all the perks unlocked! But, until you do, it’s helpful to be able to change your abilities on a whim.
