A Sengoku Basara Hero is coming to Teppen, and it’s Demon Queen Oichi. The Battle of Amatsu no Kuni is here alongside new cards from both her game and Okami. There’s also a login present that will give everyone 10 The Battle of Amatsu no Kuni Pack Tickets as of January 5, 2021.
Teppen’s Oichi has Hero Arts that all play with the idea of her using death to make herself stronger. For example, she can regain Life, make her units stronger, and revive allies in her graveyard.
Here are the official descriptions of all three skills from the site.
- Dancing Dead: Deal damage to an enemy unit equal to the number of Unit Cards in your Graveyard. If a unit dies from this damage, your Hero gains +3 Life.
- Dark Invitation: Activate the Death abilities of a friendly unit.
- Despair, Wail, and Perish!: Place 3 black units in your Graveyard with an MP cost of 4 or less onto the field. Give all friendly units +1/+1.

While Oichi is Teppen’s first Sengoku Basara Hero, characters from the game appeared here before. When Okami’s Amaterasu joined, cards based on characters like Demon King Oda Nobunaga and Oshu Lord Date Masamune appeared.

In addition to the login present, there are also some event-related activities going on. There’s a five-day login bonus event that will give people two The Battle of Amatsu no Kuni Pack Tickets, 50 Souls, and 60 Zenny if they log into the game for five days before February 28, 2021. There’s also an event mission available until January 14, 2021 that offers additional Pack Ticket.
Teppen is available on both Android and Apple iOS devices. Recent Heroes include Okami’s Amaterasu and Monster Hunter’s Felyne.
