Kotobukiya announced that the $120 KOF Mai Shiranui figure will join its line of Bishoujo figures in September 2022.

During MegaHobby Expo 2021, Kotobukiya Bishoujo figures announcements included a female Terry Bogard reveal and Mai Shiranui prototype.

Kotobukiya shared the art that will inspire the SNK Bishoujo figure of Mai Shiranui based on her The King of Fighters '98 appearance.

Kotobukiya is working on SNK Bishoujo figures and said people can expect heroines from KOF '98 and SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy.

SNK have released their mobile version of The King Of Fighters ‘98, and it has a multiplayer mode.

Another King of Fighters game is headed to the Wii Virtual Console in Japan.
