By Namco Bandai is making a Sword Art Online game for PlayStation Vita, but who is that character standing behind Kirito and Asuna? Players will meet the mysterious heroine (whose name has not been revealed) in the Hollow Area.

The Hollow Area is a new part of Aincrad with a dense forest temple area to explore. The battle system is designed to feel more like Sword Art Online compared to the PSP game. The speed is faster and the step system lets you move around an enemy to evade attacks which makes fights feel more active.
The Hollow Reaper is one of the new bosses players will face in the Hollow Area.
Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment will be released for PlayStation Vita next year.
