Prime 1 Studio has revealed new Cutie1 Plus figures featuring Asuna and Kirito from the Sword Art Online series. Both figures are immediately available for pre-orders worldwide in a single set at $54.00. People in Japan can also order the figures separately at 4,180 yen (~$29.54) each.

The chibi figures will be handmade and also feel like plushes. Each figure will stand at around 9 cm (~3.54 inches) tall.

Some of the sample images for both figures are available to view right below:

While Prime 1 Studio has been known for producing expensive statues, these plush-like Cutie1 figures will be very affordable. People who want to buy the set only need to deposit $5.40 when placing an order. When the items are ready to be shipped, they can pay the remaining $48.60 in addition to the shipping fees.

Prime 1 Studio is also working separately on finishing 1/7 scale statues of Asuna, which it will ship between December 2023 and February 2024. The regular version will have a price tag of $199.00, while the DX version with additional background and effects will cost even higher at $769.00. Both statues are still available for pre-orders as of mid-December 2023. However, Prime 1 Studio’s DX statue price is still lower than Genco’s 1/4 scale statue which costs a whopping 132,000 yen—or around $1,020 with the exchange rate in late January 2023.

The Cutie1 Plus figures of Asuna and Kirito from Sword Art Online will be available between September 2024 and December 2024.
