People interested in Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro and White Owls Inc.’s The Good Life, but unsure about supporting it, now have the opportunity to access a sample of the game. After people requested a demo via a Twitter poll, a prototype has been released.

The Good Life prototype demo is a 165MB download. It allows people to try three sidequests: “Ale, the Forbidden Nectar,” “The Beloved Blushing Lorry” and “Caged Birds.” Each one is a photography task. Once you complete “Caged Birds,” the demo will end.

The Good Life is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter. As of 10am CT on April 26, 2018, over 6,600 backers have pledged over $339,000. It needs to reach $622,179 by May 4, 2018 to be funded. If funded, it will come to the PlayStation 4 and PC.
