If you’re wondering about the bit at the end, the older lady is Lana, who you play as in the game. As Lana, it’s your job to guide Amy to safety through hordes of mutated zombies. Lana herself is infected with a virus that causes her to mutate, and this has certain advantages, such as allowing her to blend in with the monsters.
Amy herself is controlled by the A.I. You can hold on to Amy’s hand using the R1 button, which allows you to gauge her heartbeat using the controller rumble. Read more about the game using our tag.
