According to Sensor Tower, Super Mario Run became the top-downloaded iOS app in 80 countries, grossing roughly $5 million worldwide in its first 24 hours compared to Pokémon GO’s $3 million and Clash Royale’s $973,000 on their respective release days. Also, when it came to time spent playing the game, Super Mario Run racked up an average of 16 minutes, while Pokémon GO attained an average of 22 minutes and Clash Royale 28 minutes. It’s also worth noting that the app could see a spike in downloads next year when the version for Android is slated to release.

Super Mario Run is available for iOS devices and will release for Android in 2017.
