While this might seem to be on the shorter side, players will be able to try out 39 currently available characters, including newer characters being added like Gill. Considering there are forty characters on the roster, it’s not revealed which character will stay locked behind the game’s full release. (It could end up being Seth, who is being added for this version.) It’s also unannounced how many of the game’s modes will be playable in the demo.

Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will include not only balance updates and bug fixes, but also new V-Skills for each character. With new additional characters like Gill and Seth, there are a total of 40 characters, 34 stages, and over 200 costumes in the game. Apart from retaining all gameplay modes and features, Champion Edition also will offer single-player and multiplayer modes designed for players of all skill levels.

Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is coming to the PlayStation 4 and PC on February 14, 2020. The game’s free trial will last from February 3 to February 9, 2020. We recently wrote about a false claim that the game was coming to Nintendo Switch, which has since been disproved.
