Back in February, Xseed Games asked fans to respond on whether they wanted the update for Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns to be translated and added as a paid DLC, due to various circumstances. Fans responded overwhelmingly positively, and Xseed announced that the DLC would be localized.
The DLC is now currently available for the US version of the game, adding new friendship events, winter outfits, and new romance candidates in the judges Woofio and Stephanie. There are new costumes as well, including clothes based on Lest and Frey from Rune Factory 4.
The DLC costs $7.99 USD and additionally, a new 3DS theme based on the game is now available separately for $1.99 USD, through the 3DS Theme Shop. There is also a free update that patches some bugs that is now live.
Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns’ ‘New Neighbors Pack’ DLC is now available in the Nintendo eShop. Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns is currently available for Nintendo 3DS.
