Steins;Gate Is Coming To PlayStation 3 And Vita In English [Update]

Steins;Gate is being released for the PlayStation 3 and Vita in English, publisher PQube announced today. The visual novel will be released in 2015 in both North America and Europe.

Steins;Gate was released on PC in March 2014 by JAST USA. Siliconera asked Geraint Evans of PQube if the PlayStation version would use the translation from the PC version, and he replied that the build of the game PQube have received came directly from MAGES, so at this point, it’s unclear if it uses the same translation.

I also asked Evans if the game would be released via retail channels or as a digital release. He replied, “I’m personally against digital-only releases, so I will do my very best to ensure a physical release happens. I don’t want to imagine a world where there’s no physical copy of Steins;Gate in my collection.”
