A couple trademarks for PowerPro Golf materialized in the Japanese trademark database. The Tokyo based publisher registered PowerPro Golf and PowaGoru, a Japanese style abbreviation.

The Power Pro baseball series is one of Konami’s longest running franchises. A few years ago, Konami and 2K Sports worked out a deal to bring super deformed batters and pitchers to North America with MLB Power Pros. We imagine PowerPro Golf will be golf with super deformed golfers.
Konami also registered Steel Chronicle and as a pie in the sky guess I’ll put my money on a mecha game. Hmm… the Chronicle at the end makes it sounds like Steel Chronicle could be a mecha RPG. Excavation! Treasure, the fourth trademark, has us perplexed. Any guesses?
