Here’s the official announcement for the cookbook. While we don’t know how much it will cost, we do have an idea of its length. 50 recipes from Stardew Valley will be included in the book. The only three confirmed are the pink cake, salad, and strange bun.

A Stardew Valley pink cake needs an egg, a melon, sugar, and wheat flower if you are making a virtual one. The salad is made with a dandelion, a leek, and some vinegar. In the game, you use periwinkle, void mayonnaise, and wheat flour to make a strange bun.

This isn’t the only piece of merchandise tied to the game on the way soon. Concerned Ape also announced that orders for the Stardew Valley board game will reopen in September 2023.

Stardew Valley is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, PCs, mobile devices, and the PlayStation Vita. Its 1.6 update is in development. The Official Stardew Valley Cookbook will launch in Spring 2024.
