Star Ocean: First Departure R Gives A Peek At The Game’s Opening Movie

There’s only a week left until Star Ocean: First Departure R releases on Switch and PS4, and Square Enix has shown off the opening movie of the game, featuring the new theme song.

The latest release of Star Ocean: First Departure adds in a new speed mode, new art, and has been rebalanced. Additionally, both the PSP version’s voice acting, and voice acting from the Japanese cast from the Super Famicom version will be available, alongside English dubs.
Star Ocean: First Departure R will come to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 worldwide on December 5, 2019. You can catch the newest trailer in our previous post here.
